What is a MAP?
A "MAP" is a multi-artist project. In a MAP, multiple artists each take a portion of a song and animate their own part. At the end, all parts are put together to show an animation of the full song in many art styles.
Where can I listen to the MAP song?
Can I still participate with no animation experience?
Absolutely! This isn’t a full-blown animation since that is both extremely time-consuming and difficult for most artists to do. You do not need any animation experience to participate in this MAP. This MAP will be in an animatic or PMV (Picture Music Video) Style.
How much freedom do contributors get?
There is already a full plan for what the animatic/PMV will entail—the entire story has been planned out from beginning to end, frame-by-frame. There may be some changes throughout the creation of this MAP but the main story will not be changed. Once all contributors are chosen, we will plan out what parts of the MAP each participant will take. This decision will not be solely made by the mods but in collaboration with the participants.
How long will each part of the MAP be?
It depends on the part but each part is a couple of seconds long. Contributors will have between 1-6 parts depending on their workloads and what they are comfortable with.
Will we be allowed to post the MAP on our own accounts?
The MAP may be reposted as long as proper credit is given.
Is the MAP about Haikaveh/Kavetham?
Not particularly. The main focus of this MAP is Alhaitham’s character specifically and how he has peace with his life. Haikaveh/Kavetham is implied but it’s not explicitly romantic.
